1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Unalytics mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please delete the app and do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Unalytics is a mobile helper application designed for developers and content creators. It consolidates and visualizes analytics, sites, and application data by requesting read-only authorization keys directly from your Google Account.

The app is serverless. It connects your mobile device directly to Google APIs without transferring stats to any third-party databases. We do not provide, host, or store the statistics or analytics ourselves.

3. Google Cloud API Credentials

To use Unalytics, you are required to generate and configure your own secure Google Cloud OAuth 2.0 Client credentials (iOS Client ID) under your Google developer dashboard.

  • Sole Control: Your Client ID is owned and controlled solely by you. Unalytics has no control over your credentials or your developer configuration.
  • API Rate Limits: Any API calls made by the application are billed against your own Google Cloud developer quotas. We are not responsible for any service suspensions resulting from exceeded quotas.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use Unalytics only for lawful purposes. You represent and warrant that you hold legitimate developer permissions for all Google Analytics properties, AdSense domains, and AdMob applications selected inside the app.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your analytics collection activities comply with Google's Terms of Service and all relevant local data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unalytics is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs.

The app depends entirely on Google APIs. If Google modifies, deprecates, or shuts down their APIs, Unalytics features may be reduced or cease to function without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unalytics and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of ad revenue, incorrect metric calculations, session authentication errors, or loss of access to your Google Developer console.

7. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the application and revoking Unalytics access inside your Google Account security permissions page.
